Customer Services Advisor (Bank) – Nuffield Health The Manor Hospital

Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries (via telephone and website), providing information about the hospital services.
* Communicate with customers by telephone, email, and in person to deliver excellent customer service.
* Support the development and implementation of business development and marketing plans and activities (e.g., arrange consultant-led patient open events).
* Ensure all customer interactions are undertaken in a timely manner.
* Log enquiries in the Hospital CRM and oversee the customer journey.
* Provide information regarding hospital services and treatments and address enquiries effectively.
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Proven experience in customer service.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal abilities and a good level of IT literacy.
* Good organisational skills.
Key Information About The Role
You will liaise directly with customers, answering Sales and Service enquiries. Prepare quotations for hospital services and contribute to business development, marketing and communication initiatives to promote hospital services in the local community.
