Customer Service Administrator – Chesterfield - £25,000
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a long standing and trusted manufacturing organisation who are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a service led organisation who strives to put the customer at the centre of everything they do. You will be responsible for order processing and customer service. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
Providing an effective and comprehensive service to customers
Processing customer orders within agreed timescales
Answering customer enquires via phone and email
Providing excellent product knowledge (training given)
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Ad hoc administration duties as required
Required Skills & Experience:
Full training will be provided
Strong IT Skills
Customer service experience
Excellent attention to detail
