Rate of pay: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour
Duties:
- Switchboard operating
- Welcoming staff and visitors
- Ensuring friendly and professional first point of contact
- Taking messages
- Making teas and coffees for visitors
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Adhoc administrative duties
What you'll come with:
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly manner
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to operate a switchboard is preferred
