1. Position: Sales Account Manager
2. Salary: £40,000 plus commission
3. Location: Hove – Hybrid working or fully remote available
4. Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

We’re looking for a strategic Sales Account Manager with experience of finding, winning and managing new business, working with multiple stakeholders in large corporate businesses to develop proposals for bespoke learning and development solutions.
The company is an SME that has been established for over 28 years and provides training solutions for all areas of communication skills in the workplace.
The Sales Account Manager will source leads and develop business within learning and development / HR teams in large corporate businesses and will need to come from a similar background.
The Sales Account Manager role includes:
6. Building and managing a pipeline of corporate clients through targeted outreach using a variety of sales methods
7. Meeting new and existing clients both in person and over Teams to gather requirements and ultimately sell bespoke learning / training solutions
8. Working with teams internally and externally to develop and pitch proposals, pricing and other aspects of commercial agreements
9. Assisting with delivery planning of training solutions
10. Managing the portfolio of client accounts you bring on in order to ensure repeat business and to maximise account revenue while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
11. Attending industry events and networking opportunities
Skills & experience required:
12. You’ll need proven B2B strategic sales experience
13. Experience of working with corporate prospects and clients, working with multiple stakeholders is essential
14. Experience selling solutions such as training or learning solutions to key contacts in HR, L&D and similar teams is essential
15. Excellent verbal communication skills, first class written communication and ideally a qualification at A level or higher (or equivalent) in English or similar subject
