Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain project schedules using in-house management software.
* Coordinate with engineering teams to accurately allocate engineers to site locations.
* Monitor and track the progress of projects to ensure adherence to timelines.
* Conduct material planning to ensure the timely delivery of necessary resources and supplies.
* Analyse project costs and develop budget forecasts to ensure cost-effective planning.
* Identify potential bottlenecks in project schedules and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
* Prepare regular reports on project status, resource utilisation, and budget performance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a project planner or scheduler in construction or related sectors.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
* Full UK driving license; willing to travel if needed.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for anticipating challenges.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Familiarity with engineering terminology related to project execution.
* Team-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
