Job Description Assistant Sales Manager – Worthing Location: Worthing, West Sussex Salary: Up to £38,000 OTE Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:30pm 1 in 2 Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Assistant Sales Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded estate agency branch in Worthing. This is a pivotal role within the sales team, ideal for someone who is career-driven and looking to progress within residential estate agency. You will play a key role in driving sales performance, winning new instructions, supporting team leadership, and delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
