This role will involve supervising production activities across multiple departments, leading a team of Production Operators and ensuring operational, safety and performance targets are achieved within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will provide leadership, guidance and support to production teams while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency across all areas of operation.
Job Overview
1. Supervising production activities to achieve daily, weekly and monthly operational targets
* Allocating tasks and monitoring the performance of Production Operators across shift operations
* Ensuring all work instructions and production procedures are followed correctly
* Communicating daily production priorities across operational departments
