An established architectural metalwork company in Northeast Essex is seeking a Projects Manager to join their team ASAP
Important Details:
* Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum
* Location: Northeast Essex (with travel to London project sites)
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage architectural metalwork projects from start to finish
* Lead and coordinate site managers to meet project milestones
* Ensure health & safety, quality, and compliance on all sites
* Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors
* Conduct regular site visits and provide progress updates
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing metalwork or construction projects
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities
* NVQ Level 7 in Construction or Project Management (preferred but not essential)
* Willingness to travel to project sites in London
