About The Role

1. You will be working at SUEZ 301 – 304 Parkway, Worle, Weston-Super-Mare, North Somerset, BS22 6WA .
2. You will be working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (4:30pm finish on a Friday), however start and finish times can be discussed at interview.
3. You will be earning £28,111, up to 3% bonus and SUEZ benefits.
4. This position is a 15 month fixed term contract.


What will I be doing?

As a People Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering a high‑quality employee experience across the full employee life cycle. Working within our HR Shared Services team, you will support day‑to‑day People operations and help deliver our People Strategy with a strong focus on service excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

5. You will take ownership of onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring new starters, internal movers, and leavers all receive a smooth, supportive, and engaging experience. Your work will directly contribute to improving attraction, recruitment, and retention across the organisation.
6. You will also support the “back‑office” functions of our HRIS, using your attention to detail to identify issues and implement corrective actions that result in long‑term, sustainable fixes.
7. In addition, you will contribute to payroll‑related administration, including processing starters and leavers, running P45s and supporting monthly payroll activity, all key areas in ensuring an accurate, trusted service for our colleagues.
