Cera is recruiting Care Assistants for our Extra Care service in Elgin at Loxa Court.

We’re currently hiring for full-time roles that require flexibility, including availability for 7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm shifts, as well as alternate weekends. The position offers competitive pay, excellent training, and no prior care experience is necessary.
Our Extra Care units provide residents with their own self-contained living space within a larger building, supported by on-site care staff. As a Care Assistant, you’ll help residents live as independently as possible, following personalised care plans tailored to their needs.
Every individual is different. You might help with light housework, morning routines, preparing meals, administering medication, or simply offering companionship and encouragement. Our carers often become trusted friends—bringing warmth, support, and a smile when it’s needed most.
