Location: Coventry Working Model: Hybrid (1 day home working) Salary: Up to £45,000 We’re working with a well-established organisation in the Coventry area that’s investing in its People Services function as part of a broader transformation journey. They’re looking for a Business Improvement Manager to help modernise their HR Shared Services function by improving internal processes, driving smarter service delivery, and supporting the rollout of digital tools/automation. If you’ve led change projects, understand HR systems, and enjoy turning insight into action—this could be a strong fit. What You’ll Be Doing Leading change projects informed by data, feedback, and stakeholder collaboration Redesigning HR Shared Service processes and supporting the rollout of new ways of working Maintaining and evolving self-service tools and intranet content Creating clear training resources and process documentation Contributing to the automation of key People processes (e.g. pay review cycles, bonus workflows) and the introduction of digital tools (e.g. chatbots) to help reduce admin and improve response times Maintaining knowledge banks and standard operating procedures Leading data cleansing activity and improving internal document systems What You’ll Need Proven experience in HR operations, service improvement, or business change Strong understanding of agile principles and stakeholder engagement Comfortable using reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) Experience with HR systems (Workday experience is a bonus) Clear communicator with a collaborative and proactive approach Well organised and comfortable managing multiple workstreams Ready to take the next step in your career?
