About the Role We are seeking a commercially focused Pricing Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing freight forwarding business based in Sunbury. This role is centred around pricing, rate management, and supporting overall business growth. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring competitive, accurate, and timely quotations across Sea, Air, and Road freight services. You will contribute directly to commercial strategy by strengthening market positioning through effective rate sourcing and structured pricing management. The role also supports Gateway operations, system development, and auto-rating initiatives to improve pricing efficiency and consistency across freight systems. This position offers excellent exposure to global Air, Sea, and Road markets, providing valuable industry insight and hands-on commercial experience. Key Responsibilities Preparing Sea, Air, and Road freight quotations by sourcing competitive rates Issuing accurate and timely quotations to customers and overseas partners Supporting internal rate procurement and maintaining pricing within the freight management system Managing system costings and client rate cards Assisting in the development of company products and Gateway services Creating schedules and supporting consolidation management activities Supporting auto-rating initiatives and system process improvements Ensuring internal rate structures remain accurate, competitive, and commercially aligned Experience & Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience within a customer service environment Strong attention to detail and high level of numerical accuracy Commercial awareness and ability to analyse competitive rates Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple quotations Strong communication skills, both internal and external Proactive and able to work independently and within a team Freight forwarding or logistics experience would be advantageous Additional Info: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
