Electrical Commissioning Manager in West Sussex

Having experienced exceptional growth over the past few years, they continue to secure high-profile contracts and are now seeking an Electrical Commissioning Manager to join their UK team.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the electrical commissioning team across this high value industrial project, ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards
* Oversee all electrical commissioning activities including testing, inspection and certification documentation
* Develop and implement commissioning strategies and methodologies for complex electrical systems
* Manage the interface between construction and commissioning phases to ensure smooth transition
* Coordinate with clients, design teams and subcontractors to resolve technical issues
* Ensure all electrical installations meet project specifications, building regulations and safety requirements
* Monitor commissioning progress against programme and report to Project Director
* Mentor and develop commissioning team members through Performance Development Reviews
Essential Experience:
* Extensive experience in electrical commissioning within industrial environments
* Strong understanding of electrical systems, control systems and commissioning methodologies
* Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and industrial control systems
* Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving abilities
Desired Experience:
* Experience in electrical commissioning within data centre environments
