Duties:
6. Accurately assessing vehicle damage using Audatex with confidence and precision
7. Maximising sales opportunities through effective upselling during customer interactions
8. Completing damage estimates and work in a timely manner to meet company and manufacturer standards
9. Maintaining professionalism and delivering exceptional customer service at all times
10. Ensuring the quality and professionalism of all work reflects the company's high standards
Requirements:
11. Proven background as an Estimator or VDA, ideally within a dealership or accident repair centre environment
12. ATA accreditation is preferred but not essential
13. Full UK driving licence
14. Motivated with a desire to develop skills and knowledge in vehicle reparations
15. Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
16. Effective communicator with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
