Fixed Term Apprenticeship Contract This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in IT by joining our Desktop & Mobile Support Team. As an apprentice, you ll gain hands-on experience supporting a wide range of IT services and devices across the organisation, including desktops, laptops, mobile phones and tablets. You ll be part of a friendly and professional team that provides proactive and responsive support to end users. Your role will involve: Providing first-line technical support to users, helping to resolve hardware and software issues. Assisting with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop and mobile devices. Responding to service requests and incidents via our IT Service Desk system. Supporting users with guidance and training on IT tools and best practices. Learning how to troubleshoot and escalate more complex issues to senior technicians. As part of your apprenticeship, you ll receive mentoring and coaching from experienced team members, including senior technicians. You ll also have opportunities to contribute to team projects and gain exposure to a variety of IT systems and services. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about technology, enjoys problem-solving and is keen to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
