Job Description
3. Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
4. Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment discrepancies.
5. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and communications.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to address billing queries and issues.
7. Prepare regular reports on credit control activities for management.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
9. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
10. Assist in improving processes to enhance efficiency within the credit control function.
11. Supporting the wider accountancy department
The Successful Applicant
The successful credit controller will have experience in the above and be on short notice
What's on Offer
12. An hourly rate of approximately £14 to £16, depending on experience.
