Transformation Director – PE-backed Industrials Platform
We’re hiring a hands‑on Transformation Director to shape and deliver a group‑wide transformation and go‑to‑market roadmap for a fast‑growing, PE‑backed industrials platform.
This is a high‑impact role working directly with the CEO and closely with the CFO, CIO and CTO. The focus is on integration, building scalable infrastructure, and driving commercial performance across a multi‑business platform.
The role:
* Define and deliver the transformation roadmap aligned to strategic and commercial priorities
* Build and implement a clear go‑to‑market approach (targeting, positioning, commercial model)
* Lead integration across acquisitions (systems, processes, reporting, ways of working)
* Partner with tech and finance leadership on data, systems and reporting capability
* Establish KPIs and performance tracking across the platform
* Drive operational improvements, scalability and cross‑platform value creation
* Support the CEO and leadership team on strategic planning and key initiatives
* Background in a top‑tier consulting firm (MBB or similar)
* 3–4 years post‑consulting "hands on" experience in industry
* Proven track record of executing transformation, integration or performance improvement initiatives
* Exposure to commercial strategy / go‑to‑market
* Pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset
* Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
