You will provide essential administrative support across probate and estate administration matters, helping to ensure cases progress smoothly and clients receive outstanding service during sensitive times.

Legal Administrator Key Responsibilities
1. Providing administrative support on probate and estate administration matters
2. Preparing and processing legal documents and correspondence
3. Assisting with the collection and organisation of estate information
4. Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and third parties
5. Managing and updating client files accurately
6. Supporting fee earners with case progression and diary management
7. Handling client enquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
8. Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements
About You
9. Previous administrative experience within a legal or professional services environment is desirable
10. Experience within probate, private client, or estate administration is advantageous
11. Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
12. Professional, compassionate, and client-focused approach
13. Strong written and verbal communication skills
14. Ability to work effectively within a close-knit, supportive team
