Chartwells is on the lookout for someone like you to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis, contracted for 30 hours per week. Your Shift Pattern
* Days: Monday to Friday
* Contract Duration: 43 weeks per year
Your Key Responsibilities
* Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
* Oversee and implement menu changes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
* Identify opportunities to enhance our food services.
* Actively listen to customer feedback to continuously improve our offerings.
* Support the creation of new menus and innovative food concepts.
* Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image.
* Monitor inventories to ensure our kitchens are well-stocked.
* Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to uphold hygiene standards.
* Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal Chef will:
* Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service.
* Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent.
* Have experience supervising a team.
* Possess experience in a similar Chef role.
* Hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
* Have a flexible approach to working.
