Opportunity to undertake one of our new Carer Traineeship roles in our TugunCare Home.
These new roles are part time minimum 21 hours per week and include formal training and on-the job supports, leading to a qualification outcome in Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing).
Bupa will support your training, including paying for your education, assessment and qualification outcome. Upon successful completion of the Traineeship, you will be awarded a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) qualification and potentially an ongoing job as a Carer with Bupa.
The formal training component will be run in conjunction with a valued training partner and will involve a mix of remote based learning (online modules; videos etc.), face to face instruction and on the job assessment. All training will be designed and conducted to reflect the requirements of your new role as a Trainee Carer at Bupa.
Upon completion of the traineeship, you may transition into a full-time or part time Carer role within the care home.

In order to be eligible you will need to have valid work rights in Australia and be either an Australian Citizen or a permanent resident.
