Construction Assurance Manager - Earthworks / Major Civil Engineering
Location: Brackley
Working Pattern: 4 days per week

Role Overview:
An experienced Construction Assurance Manager is required to support delivery of major civil engineering works with a focus on earthworks. The successful candidate will provide construction assurance across project activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, to specification, and in line with programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide construction assurance across major civil engineering and earthworks projects
Monitor contractor performance and site delivery standards
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and project procedures
Identify risks, non-conformances, and quality issues, implementing mitigation measures
Support project teams in achieving programme and delivery targets
Provide reporting and assurance updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
Significant experience in major civil engineering or infrastructure projects
Strong earthworks experience (essential)
Strong health and safety knowledge within construction environments
Experience in construction assurance, site oversight, or project delivery
Excellent stakeholder communication skills
Ability to identify risks and drive quality improvements
