We have an exciting new vacancy for a Part Time Chef to join our team at The Grand Burstin Hotel in Folkestone. This superbly located 481 room hotel is based on the seafront, overlooking Folkestone's picturesque harbour and just a short walk to local amenities such as Folkestone centre and Folkestone central train station

Your duties will include:
Preparing, producing, and presenting meals to the highest standards.
Assisting in menu planning for our restaurant and event facilities.

Demonstrating creativity and innovation in your work.
The successful candidate will have a passion for quality food, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. You will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a proven track record in a similar role, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in both food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
