Job role: 1st Line Support Engineer
Location: Anglesey (On site / Hybrid)
Clearance required: Eligibility for SC Clearance (*no sponsorship)
This is a great opportunity for a Support Engineer to join a leading Microsoft Partner. The company specialises in delivering solutions to high‑profile government, banking and defence sector customers. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a 1st Line Engineer to join their dynamic support team working with one of their key customers in the North of Wales.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing first‑line technical support to end‑users both on site and remotely.
* Administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
* Managing Azure Active Directory users, groups, and policies.
* Assisting with Intune deployments and device management.
* Logging, tracking, and resolving incidents via the service desk system.
* Escalating complex issues to 2nd/3rd line teams where necessary.
Key skills required
* At least 1 year of experience in a 1st Line Support or Service Desk role.
* Good knowledge of M365 administration and support.
* Hands‑on experience with Azure AD.
* Experience with Intune deployments.
* Experience building laptops / Mac support.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
* SC clearance eligibility (or willingness to undergo clearance).
