The Role Have our front of house showcase style whist holding a welcoming feeling, ensuring our Guests feel like they are our extended family, assist with making The Fellows House Glisten Key responsibilities Clean, dust, wash, shine and vacuum all public areas as directed by the Housekeeping Manager in accordance with the S.O.P manual. Maintain public washrooms to a high standard of hygiene Empty rubbish bins in a safe manner. Use and store all cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly. Check rotas and clock in and out in accordance with policy Maintain the highest level of personal and cleanliness and hygiene. Report any defects, damage, theft, breakages or hazards. Carry out all duties in a safe manner having regard to the Health, safety and welfare of self, staff, guests. Understand and comply with The Fellows House policy on Health and Safety at work. Any additional duties requested by Head of Department. Requisitioning of stock required for duties. Reporting any maintenance defects. To comply with all The Fellows House Standards The Sage of Cambridge Cafe to be cleaned to required Standard The Folio Bar to be cleaned to required Standard The Folio Restaurant to be cleaned to standard Team member changing rooms to be cleaned to standard These duties are the main areas to be responsible, you may be asked from time to time to carry out additional duties Requirements UK citizen or valid work permit Proficient numeracy and literacy skills 3 years previous experience of a senior management role in a Hilton product using OnQ Proven ability to oversee the Rooms Division and manage costs effectively.
