To support Clinical Educators in the delivery of both the theoretical and practical components of educational, developmental and training programmes, using a range of teaching/learning styles within scope of practice. To coach learners on various educational and training programmes, enhancing their learning experience and their understanding of how different roles contribute to the patients care and experience. To support and encourage the development of unregistered Health Care Support Workers to progress along a career pathway with can lead to registration, undertaking apprenticeships and other programmes of learning, with a step on step off approach.
