Personnel Solutions is looking for a personable and organised Customer Service/Service Advisor to joining our client who is are an established Automotive dealership on a part-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will be experienced within a customer-facing environment, friendly and have good communication skills.
Hours-
* 8.30am-5.30pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
* Up to £30k pro-rate depending on experience
Responsibilities
* Scheduling services and mots
* Communicating with technicians
* Greeting customers and keeping them updated
* Ensuring internal systems are kept up to date
* Providing outstanding customer service
* Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to enhance customer experience.
* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.
* Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while delivering excellent service.
Experience within the automotive industry is not required but must have experience within a customer facing position.
