EduTalent are looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to join a small, dedicated team supporting children and young people aged 5–19 with SEN within a residential special school setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils/students with additional needs. The Role: * Work up to 44 hours per week over four nights on a shift rota, from 10:00pm to 9:00am, Sunday to Thursday, term time only. * Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to children and young people with SEN during the night. * Work closely with a supportive residential team to maintain a safe and nurturing environment. Requirements * Positive, kind, and caring approach with a genuine commitment to supporting children and young people with SEN. * Basic knowledge of the care and support needs of children and young people with SEN. * Health & Social Care Level 3 qualification or equivalent relevant qualification. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team while showing initiative and reliability. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Flexibility and willingness to work nights as per rota.
