Knight & Jones Recruitment Ltd is an established recruitment agency dedicated to connecting talented professionals with outstanding employers across the UK. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and professional team.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle – from developing client relationships and sourcing candidates to matching the right people with the right roles. You’ll work closely with the team to meet targets and deliver a high-quality, ethical recruitment service.
This role also includes participation in a shared out-of-hours on-call rota, providing support to clients and candidates outside normal office hours.
Key Responsibilities:
•Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
•Managing vacancies from instruction through to successful placement
•Conducting sales calls and developing new business opportunities
•Sourcing and screening candidates using various platforms and databases
•Preparing job adverts and managing responses
•Conducting interviews and providing interview feedback
•Maintaining accurate records on the CRM system
•Participating in the out-of-hours on-call rota
•Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
What We’re Looking For:
•Proven sales or recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong organisation and time management abilities
•Confident and professional telephone manner
•Competent IT and administrative skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
•Ability to work well in a team while also being self-motivated and proactive
•A positive, results-driven attitude with a commitment to high standards
