With this growth in mind, we are looking to appoint an experienced and quality driven Contracts Manager to join the team and drive production forward on both new and existing schemes. Key responsibilities include: * Motivate and support a team of Site Managers. * Detailed approach to managing build programmes and sequencing on all sites within your responsibility. * Take overall responsibility for health, safety, and environmental compliance. * Maintain quality control and ensure all works meet NHBC and company standards. * Liaise with internal departments, local authorities, and inspectors to resolve issues efficiently. * Support the customer journey by ensuring timely handovers and exceptional finish quality. * Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep the build on track.
