Your Role
As a Stock Investigator, you'll ensure our supply chain runs smoothly by investigating discrepancies, identifying causes, and resolving issues promptly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a significant impact on efficiency. After initial training, enjoy the flexibility of working from home two days a week, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Your Responsibilities
* Investigate discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, and deliveries to identify and resolve issues.
* Accurately record discrepancies and update records in the internal system.
* Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients to clarify issues and ensure smooth logistics operations.
* Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and prevent future occurrences.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of discrepancies, actions, and resolutions.
* Provide feedback and suggest process improvements to reduce discrepancies and enhance efficiency.
Your Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Effective time management and prioritization skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics or warehouse management systems is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving approach.
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
