Responsibilities
* Involved in RIBA projects at stage 1 & 2 with good concept design skills, creativity and liaison skills.
* Join the Civil & Structural Engineering division within the firm, working on buildings projects.
* Collaborate across architecture, MEP, surveying, sustainability, masterplanning and structural design teams.
* Work in a collaborative, team-based environment focused on client service and efficiency improvements.
* Contribute to a team of around 18 civil/structural staff with opportunities for development and growth.
* Knowledge of Rhino, Dynamo and Grasshopper is useful; experience in RC and steel is essential.
* Projects are varied in size and scope, including defence, industrial, residential, projects for the Police, garden centres and schools; typical project values up to £40m, with some up to £200m.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Minimum of 8 years of buildings structures experience.
* Chartered structural engineer status (implied by the candidate profile).
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
