An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Development Representative to join a growing and innovative technology business operating within the construction and manufacturing sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional looking to develop their career within a high growth organisation with strong market demand, a collaborative culture, and clear progression opportunities into Business Development and Account Management.
You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the wider commercial team through proactive outbound engagement and consultative sales conversations.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound sales activity and marketing generated leads
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities through phone, email, LinkedIn, and digital outreach
* Arrange high quality meetings for the Business Development team by effectively qualifying customer requirements
* Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and market research tools
* Maintain accurate records of all pipeline activity and customer engagement within the CRM system
* Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to share campaign feedback and market insights
* Adopt a consultative sales approach tailored to each client's needs and challenges
* Deliver a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process
About You
* Previous experience within a Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound sales role
* Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships and engage new prospects
* Experience using CRM systems and digital prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Commercially driven, proactive, and resilient with a strong interest in sales and business growth
* Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Experience within xsngvjr construction, manufacturing, or related sectors would be advantageous but is not essential
