As a Positive Behavioural Support worker you will help support people with learning disabilities, Autism, mental health and complex needs to transform their lives. Who will I support? You will work with adults (18) to provide support that will significantly improve their quality of life. This will be supporting one gentleman within his own home who likes playing board games, going to events, spending time on the PlayStation, and being out in the local community. How will I make a difference? * Your support will enable the person you support to access their community * You will take time to understand the lived experience of the person you’re supporting.
