Senior Notice Processing Clerk - Sandwell - Full-Time; 40 hours per week - £31,366 D.O.A.
Do you have experience in a Notice Processing role? Do you have excellent customer service and admin skills?
We have an opening for a highly focused person to join the Notice Processing team in Sandwell. You will be an integral part of the team, providing clerical and customer service support to all customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be dealing with members of the public via phone and email. You will be processing appeals and handling enquiries and complaints.
What will you do?
* Ensure all received correspondence is answered promptly and professionally, within contractual KPIs.
* Undertake clerical tasks related to the contract(s) to meet KPIs and SLAs.
* Use specialist knowledge to deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring APCOA complies with statutory obligations according to relevant legislation, codes of practice, and guidance.
* Provide support, training, and guidance to colleagues to aid decision-making.
* Research, report, and analyze performance data to recommend process improvements and advise management.
* Lead project teams and plan workloads and schedules as required.
What will you bring?
* At least 12 months’ Notice processing experience.
* Previous customer service experience.
* Experience handling customer complaints effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, with members of the public, colleagues, and management.
* Ability to work within tight timescales and meet objectives.
* Understanding of BPA, the parking industry, Notice Processing, PoPLA, DVLA, PoFA, and related KPIs.
* Ability to learn and apply relevant legislation and guidelines.
