Warehouse Operatives - Full time and Part time available Location: Weybridge Pay Rate: £12.21 - £12.56 per per hour Hours: Afternoon and Night shifts available The Recruitment Crowd are hiring on behalf of our industry-leading client! We’re looking for multiple Warehouse Operatives to join a growing team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately sort and organise parcels according to routes and destinations. Operate scanners, conveyor belts, and other warehouse equipment. Label and categorise parcels correctly to ensure smooth delivery. Work closely with team members to meet daily targets and maintain workflow. Identify and report any damaged parcels following company procedures. Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times. Follow all health, safety, and security procedures. We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a plus, but not essential. Physically fit – able to stand for long periods and lift packages of varying weights. High attention to detail. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A team player with strong communication skills. Flexible with working night shifts and occasional overtime. Reliable transport to and from the warehouse.
