Role Overview The Junior Trading Executive is an entry-level role that provides essential support to the trading team, with a focus on reporting, data entry, and coordination. You will help ensure the smooth running of trading operations by managing reports, assisting with bookings, and liaising with internal teams and media partners. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen interest in media and strong organisational skills to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities Run regular reports from internal systems to track media spend by brand, media owner, and channel Assist with the preparation of PowerPoint slides for internal and external meetings Organise meetings and manage diaries for senior members of the trading team Accurately input media bookings into internal systems Liaise with the accounts team to help resolve trading queries Perform data entry and reporting tasks using Excel Support troubleshooting and problem-solving across trading processes Coordinate with media owners, partners, and internal teams to respond to queries and ensure smooth communication Work professionally and collaboratively with team members, suppliers, and clients to complete tasks on time and to a high standard Proactively identify and suggest improvements to processes that support the smooth running of the department What We’re Looking For Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable speaking with clients and suppliers over the phone/teams and via email Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure A team player who can also work independently when needed Assertive and diplomatic when working with others to complete tasks Strong numeracy and time management skills Some knowledge or interest in the media industry is desirable Qualifications and Skills Some knowledge of the media landscape is a benefit Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good proficiency in excel and powerpoint Working Conditions: A minimum of 3 days per week in the office, with expectation of working between both Kent and the London offices each week. We require a minimum of 2 days working from Kent (West Malling) and 1 day per week at our London HQ (Angel) May require some travel to meet with clients, suppliers and attend industry events on an ad-hoc basis.
