The Role Provide personalised 1:1 and small group support to students facing social, emotional, and behavioural challenges Help pupils develop resilience, emotional regulation, and social skills Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a safe, positive learning environment Start immediately on day-to-day assignments, with the possibility of longer-term placements if it’s the right fit Working Pattern Typically 3 to 5 days per week, offering flexibility to suit your availability You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have Experience In: Youth work or mentoring The police, armed forces, or other disciplined services Sports coaching or similar roles involving teamwork and leadership Why Join Us?
