Hybrid working: 2 days in the office per week

The Role

As a CRM Executive, you will play a hands-on role in the day-to-day execution of CRM campaigns. This includes picking up briefs, building new promotions and customer comms, monitoring delivery and first-level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

* Campaign Execution & Management
o Build, configure, and test campaigns across CRM channels including email, push notifications, SMS, and rich inbox using Xtremepush.
o Build promos
o Ensure timely stakeholder sign-off before campaign scheduling and deployment.
o Schedule and execute campaigns in line with business objectives and target send times.

* Monitoring & Troubleshooting
o Proactively monitor live campaigns / promotions to ensure smooth delivery.
o Perform first-level troubleshooting in the event of issues or errors.
o Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal or external technical teams as appropriate

* Quality Assurance
o Ensure communications and promotions are accurate, brand-compliant, and meet regulatory and legal standards.
o Maintain high attention to detail throughout all stages of the campaign / promotion lifecycle.
o Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing to support team best practices.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

* Experience in CRM, digital marketing, or similar roles, with some exposure to CRM platforms.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
* Willingness to learn campaign tools and reporting platforms.
