Archway Learning Trust is seeking an exceptional Admissions Services Lead to join our central Corporate Services Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our organisation, supporting our family of academies in delivering outstanding admissions services that directly impact the children, young people, and communities we serve.
We are looking for someone who is values‑led, agile, highly organised, and driven, with outstanding communication skills and a proven ability to process large amounts of data and manage complex processes. A strong interest in understanding education legislation and sector specific admissions practices is essential.
In this role, you will:
* Take ownership of end‑to‑end admissions management for a select number of schools within the Trust.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on admissions and appeals, ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements.
* Manage and facilitate admissions and appeals processes, streamlining workflows through centrally managed systems to unburden schools.
* Maintain strong compliance oversight, ensuring policies and procedures are consistently applied across all academies.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues in our Academies and Corporate Services Team, and other central services, contributing to a highly professional, supportive, and effective team.
