What you?ll do Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community Why join us This is more than a job ? it?s a place where you feel valued. You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it) Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach Ideally experience working with customers with mental health issues and/or alcohol and substance use The practical bits We generally work Monday to Friday, we?re also flexible to support customers who are studying or working We can be flexible to agree your working pattern with you You?ll primarily work from our service in central Bath which is handy for town in your lunch break!
