What You’ll Do: Analyze large-scale (phospho) proteomics datasets to identify novel biomarkers for drug response. Collaborate with wet lab scientists to interpret experimental results and guide biological discovery. Develop and maintain robust statistical and predictive modelling pipelines. Contribute to the evolution of proprietary computational tools and workflows. Support clinical study design, data interpretation, and the preparation of scientific publications and patents. What We’re Looking For : Must have Proteomics experience - ESSENTIAL PhD (or equivalent) in a STEM-related field. 3 years of experience in statistical and predictive modelling of high-dimensional biological data. 2 years of hands-on experience in proteomics bioinformatics. Proficiency in R; additional experience in Python or C++ is a plus. Strong understanding of molecular biology and biochemical systems. Proven ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and communicate complex data effectively. Why Join?
