* Salary: £38,923 pro rata (£31,138 actual salary)

* Hours per week: 28.8 hours per week (across 4 days)

About the Role
This exciting opportunity will focus on supporting Camden young people into employment, helping to develop their skills and qualifications, confidence and ability.
* To be successful in this role, you must have barista skills and demonstratable experience in a hospitality setting
* A passion for helping young people gain access to employment opportunities
* An understanding of approaches to children's learning and development including trauma informed practice and resilience
* An ability to communicate effectively; both verbally and in writing
* A flexible and adaptable approach to working
