Key responsibilities
* Train, motivate, and develop the retail team to ensure high performance.
* Deliver an outstanding luxury retail experience by leading by example on the shop floor.
* Manage daily store operations, including stock control, store merchandising, and team performance.
* Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
* Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior management.
* Build relationships within the store
What we are looking for
* Experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager within a customer focused retail management
* A passionate and inspiring individual
* Strong focus on CRM
* Proven ability to drive sales and meet retail targets
* Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development
