We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Bid Coordinator to join our busy and expanding Business Generation team in the North West region. This role will supportingour Real Estate and Advisory teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with relevant members of the teamto,write and produce draftdocuments and bid responsesin accordance withcompany standards.
* Managebidtimetable to ensure bid team members respond inline with bid planwith bid plan and that all deadlines are met and that bids are submitedon time and in the correct manner.
* Review biddocumentand pull togetherpreviousrelevant bids, best practice answers from bidportaland systems.
* Proofing and editing colleague’s bid response documents, ensuring each documentcontainsrequired informationrequiredto create a successful, winning bid.
* Work with other Bid Specialists as a community of practice to ensure a consistent quality of bids.
* To work towards improving and enhancing the standard and effectiveness of written responses in conjunction with the Bid Team and the community of other Bid Specialists.
* Work in conjunction with Business Generation to ensure central bid library is kept up to date and bids are filed, meta tagged and best practice answers and unique questionsidentifiedto build the bid portal.
* Supportthe management ofBusiness Support,Marketingand Business Generation where needed.
Essential Technical Criteria
* Ability to work with Senior Stakeholders
* Excellent written and verbal communicationskills
* Demonstrable experience at producing draft bidresponsesfromdeveloping content through to final documentation
* Experience ofdeveloping answers throughStoryboarding
* Advanced in Microsoft office, includingSharepoint
* Ability and experience inutalisingAi tools
* Experience ofworking with bid portals.
* Excellentorganisationskills and ability toprioritise
* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Qualifications
* Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject, such as Marketing or English
* APMP Certification is preferred but not essential
* In Design software experienceis preferred but not essential
