Personnel Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Ledger to support operational and finance functions for our client based in Newark (NG24) This is a part-time role - 24 Hours Working hours are flexible £25,000-£27,000 Pro-rata Duties * Setting up new clients * Producing invoices * Banking and reconciliation * Running off turnover statements * Chasing up outstanding debts (not always the easiest part of the job) * Sorting out any rebates and filing * Checking VAT has been included on invoices * Providing creditors with VAT receipt Experience/Skills * Experience within a similar role is essential. * Organised and Meticulous * Able to manage own time effectively * Experience working within a finance department.
