Location: Chelmsford
Pay Rate: £90 to £130 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Part-time / Full-time
About the Role
You’ll work closely with teachers and SEN professionals to support students both one-on-one and in small groups. From adapting lesson materials to encouraging positive behaviour, your role will be key in helping students thrive academically and emotionally.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver tailored support to meet individual learning needs
* Assist in classroom activities and promote inclusive learning
* Monitor progress and communicate effectively with staff and families
* Collaborate with external professionals to provide holistic support
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in SEN support or a similar role
* A genuine passion for helping children with additional needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Relevant qualifications or training are a plus
