The role
We are looking for a handson People Partner HRBP with experience in scale ups companies growing a team exponentially with a firm grasp of HR policies processes and tools This role is perfect for those based in Birmingham or Barcelona and eager to impact our Customer Care teams

What will you be doing?
As a People Partner to the Customer Care teams you will drive our People team plans by collaborating closely with our manager and leadership community in both Birmingham and Barcelona You will guide mentor and coach managers and leaders to support TravelPerks vision mission and overall objectivesnbsp;
1. Partner with leaders and managers to foster and promote best practice standards and the businesss core values at all levels
2. Facilitate and support the effective implementation of global people plans and initiativesnbsp;
3. Support and coach management and leadership in resolving people matters and recommending highjudgment solutions for sensitive and complex situations
4. Own and leverage peoples data to influence your client group to keep their organisation healthy
5. Guide career pathsdevelopment and manager capability
6. Contribute to the execution of the People Team strategy
7. Ensure that effective and appropriate HR policies procedures and guidelines are in place meeting local legal requirements best practices and organisational objectives
8. Drive the talent management cycle including promotions and succession planning
9. Set HR priorities through targeted use of HR data and analytics
10. Supporting our transformation and change activities to build resilience leadership and communication skills in the organisation

What will you need to succeed?
Solid background as a People Partner within a fastgrowing startupscaleup organizationProven expertise in partnering with leaders as the first contact point for Customer Care managers regarding the employee lifecycleDemonstrated capability in either owning or collaborating with fellow People team members to deliver:
Performance and Development Review Processes including the facilitation of calibration sessionsCompensation and benefits reviewsWorkforce PlanningTalent managementUpskilling organizations Proven insight into talent management adept at change management and solid project managementProficient in HR systems with a strong competency levelOutstanding in both written and verbal communication skillsAnalytically driven with a datafocused mindsetCommitted to continuous improvement consistently raising the bar while staying updated with the latest trends and informationSolutionoriented whether working independently or as part of the People teamDeveloped strong business acumen through extensive job experience
