We're looking for passionate, driven candidates to join our team and help ensure the safety and compliance of water systems across the UK. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the action, supporting our clients by conducting water testing, monitoring, and maintenance, all while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

These are full-time, permanent positions with opportunities to travel across a variety of sites. As a Monitoring Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that water systems meet the highest standards of health and safety, collaborating with clients, site managers, and compliance officers to monitor and maintain systems. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to stay on top of multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities include:

1. Conducting water testing and monitoring (in accordance with ACoP L8 guidelines)
2. Monitoring, sampling, and various other water treatment tasks
3. Testing and servicing thermostatic mixing valves
4. Shower cleans & other clean and disinfection work
5. Liaising with Clients & Tenants
6. Working at heights/manual handling
7. Management of own time and arranging own site visits


Candidate qualities:

* Customer-Focused: Friendly, clear communication skills, helpful, supportive attitude towards clients and tenants.
* Organised & Independent: Able to manage own time and handle tasks without constant supervision.
* Team Player: Ability to work well with colleagues, managers, and supervisors.
* Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail in water testing and valve checks.
* Eager to Learn: No experience? No problem! We provide training and support skill development.
