My client based in Colwick is currently looking for a Production Operative to join their manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, supporting the manufacture of high-quality gas cylinders to exacting standards.
This is a rotating shift over 3 which will be as per the below:
0600-1400
1400-2200
2200-0600
finishing early every Friday and paying £12.78 per hour weekly pay with a shift allowance and O/T available
Key Responsibilities
Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Following standard operating procedures and work instructions
Carrying out manual handling tasks as required
Performing basic quality checks to ensure products meet specification
Maintaining a clean and safe working area in line with health & safety standards
Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred, not essential)
A strong awareness of health & safety practices
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work reliably as part of a team
Willingness to learn and be flexible across different production tasks
