Hours: 37.5 per week (Shift rotation: 7am-3:30pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6:30pm)

We're looking for a vibrant and proactive Member Host to join a lively workspace in the heart of central Bristol. This is your opportunity to be the welcoming face of a modern, community-focused environment where hospitality meets innovation.
What You'll Be Doing:
Greeting members and guests with warmth and professionalism
Supporting daily operations including meeting room bookings, events, and IT support
Maintaining high standards across communal areas and office spaces
Assisting with onboarding new members and enhancing their experience
Promoting community events and wellbeing initiatives
Collaborating with teams to ensure seamless service deliveryWhat We're Looking For:
Previous customer service or front-of-house experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A flexible, can-do attitude and a team player mindset
Confidence using Microsoft Office and handling admin tasks
Someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in their workT
